    炒馒头

    周五晚上，到新同事家去作客，晚餐是馒头，把它切成丁，加上鸡蛋，放点盐.......炒啊炒，炒到有点黄就可以起锅了。
    做法简单，但是味道还不错。
    6个人炒了8个高庄馒头，吃了4个的量，不是胃口不好，都是咽着的～大笑

    没吃过，比较多吃的是炸馒头片。把冷馒头切成片，蘸了盐水或者搅碎的鸡蛋，放在油里炸。金黄色，有点酥，但是又有咬劲。
